The Kent Recruitment Bureau (The Jobs Board ) has been a refreshing change to other boards i have used in the past. Firstly no unrealistic promises or boasting of statistics etc. just pay and post. We have had some good successes from TJB especially on the more bespoke roles that we have advertised through them, OK they dont flood you with100s of applications but the ones you get are generally worth reading and are relevant to the position.
